On November 05, 2021, after a hearing of the protest, Task 2 of the competition was declared cancelled. Scores are updated.

The French team put a protest to cancel Task 2 for the sake of  FAI Principle of fairness as after Level 3 report there was some radio guidance to the pilots still flying the race on how to avoid the danger.  The jury hold the hearing and satisfied the protest.
