2026 CIVL Plenary
The 2026 CIVL Plenary will be held in Porto, Portugal from March 5 to 8.
The CIVL Plenary 2026 program will be published in the document folder at the bottom of this page.
The CIVL Pleanry Agenda with Annexes will be published here on January 1, 2026
As usual, the first 2 days are Open meetings and Plenary sessions are on Saturday and Sunday.
All are encouraged to send proposals and bids ASAP. They will be circulated on Basecamp Committees, Working Groups, Delegates and Competition pilots as needed.
The deadline for bids and proposals is December 31, 2025. Please use the new Category 1 Bids template
There will be no online voting. Only delegates present will vote. Please make arrangements to give your proxy vote to another delegate if you are unable to attend.
Registration will be open soon on CIVLComps. When the announcement will be made please register now to let us know if you come in person or not. You can update your registration with arrival details any time later.
